Historic Catskill Point is an open-air cobblestone plaza and waterfront park overlooking the Hudson River and Catskill Creek with floating docks and two restored 19th century buildings, the Freight Master’s Building and the Historic Warehouse. The Freight Master’s Building is a vintage brick structure converted into a maritime museum, while the Historic Warehouse is a 115-year-old, 9,000 square feet wooden structure with truss ceilings and large bay doors that can be opened on both the Hudson River and Plaza sides, providing an “open air” feeling that is perfect for larger gatherings, such as weddings, fundraising events, galas and other special events.
